What is the premium fee?

The Premium Fee for Nuvoni's services is only applied once the retailer has completed the reimbursement process.

Here's how it works:

• When the Fee is Applied: The fee becomes applicable only after the retailer reimburses the VAT.
• Refund Timeline: Once this happens, Nuvoni processes your VAT refund within seven business days, after the retailer has reimbursed us the money.
• Cost of the Premium Service: The premium service costs 2% of the invoice amount. This fee ensures you get your refund much faster than the standard plan.

For customers on the standard plan, the refund process takes up to six months after the retailer’s reimbursement, but there is no additional cost.
