How can I initiate a VAT reimbursement claim?
To begin the VAT reimbursement process, please follow these steps:
Register on the Nuvoni platform at app.nuvoni.eu and create a personal account.
Add Your Claims once your account setup is complete. Claims can be submitted with or without a Certificate 151.
- Important: If a Certificate 151 is required, you must upload a scanned copy through the portal. Additionally, please send the original document by mail to our Brussels office or place it in the SHAPE mailbox.
- Submit the claim with the relevant invoice(s), ensuring all required details—such as name, address, and VAT number—are included for verification.
