Processing Invoices Before Diplomatic ID

It is possible to process invoices even if you have not yet received your diplomatic ID, but there are essential requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Processing Allowed Without Diplomatic ID:
    • You can process invoices prior to receiving your diplomatic ID.

  • (CRUCIAL) Mandate Timeframe Requirement:
    • The invoice date must fall within the timeframe of your mandate (between start date and end date).
    • Only invoices dated between the start and end dates of your mandate are eligible for processing.

  • Ineligible Invoice Dates:
    • Invoices dated before the mandate start date cannot be processed.
    • Invoices dated after the mandate end date are also ineligible for processing.
