Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you:

1. Access the Nuvoni Portal

• Visit app.nuvoni.eu to begin the account creation process.
• IMPORTANT: Make sure you choose the right profile (Diplomat or Member of Int. Org.)

2. Complete Your Registration

• Enter Personal Information: Provide accurate details, including your name, email, and other contact information.

• Verify Your Email: A confirmation email will be sent to you.

  ** Make sure to verify your account by clicking the link (check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox).

3. Fill in Required Details

Once your account is set up:

• IBAN and BIC: Enter your banking details to ensure smooth VAT refunds.
• Additional Information: The more details you provide, the quicker your transactions can be processed.

4. Log In and Start Using Nuvoni

After registration, you can log in anytime by returning to app.nuvoni.eu and entering your credentials.
